By accessing and using Fisioflow, you accept these terms of service in full. If you disagree with these terms, you must not use our service. • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service • You must provide accurate and complete information • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality • You must be a licensed healthcare professional or work under supervision • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Fisioflow is a management platform for physiotherapy clinics that includes: • Digital clinical records system • Smart scheduling and calendar • Integrated electronic billing • Teleconsultation and video calls • 3D exercise library • Reports and data analytics • Integrated patient communication We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice.

• Plans are billed monthly or annually • Payment is made in advance • We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers • Prices are in Costa Rican Colones (CRC) • Prices may change with 30 days notice • No refunds for partial periods • 30-day free trial with no commitment • Cancel anytime without penalty

• We comply with Costa Rica's data protection laws • We implement industry-standard security measures • Patient data is strictly confidential • We comply with HIPAA standards • Daily backups are performed • Data encryption in transit and at rest • Role-based access and permissions • Access and modification auditing

As a Fisioflow user, you agree to: • Use the service only for legal and professional purposes • Not share access credentials • Maintain patient data confidentiality • Obtain patient consent to store their data • Comply with medical and health regulations • Not attempt to hack or damage the system • Report any security vulnerabilities • Keep your contact information updated

It is strictly prohibited to: • Use the service for illegal activities • Share or sell access to your account • Store illegal or inappropriate content • Attempt to access other users' data • Use the service for spam or phishing • Reverse engineer the software • Intentionally overload servers • Violate intellectual property rights

• Fisioflow is provided "as is" without warranties • We are not responsible for data or revenue loss • We are not responsible for medical decisions made • Our maximum liability is the amount paid in 12 months • We are not responsible for service interruptions • We don't guarantee 100% uptime • User is responsible for their own backups • We are not responsible for third-party integrations

• You can cancel your account at any time • We may suspend accounts for terms violations • Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation • You can export your data before canceling • No cancellation penalties • Access ends at the end of the paid period • Confidentiality obligations survive termination • You must pay any outstanding amounts before canceling

• Fisioflow and its content are property of Fisioflow S.A. • You retain ownership of your data • You grant us license to process your data • You may not copy or redistribute our software • Suggested improvements become our property • We respect third-party trademarks • Exercise content has usage license • Logos and brands are registered property

• Technical support available Monday to Friday • Response time: 24-48 hours • Support via email and chat • Automatic updates included • 99.5% uptime guarantee • Scheduled maintenance with prior notice • Initial training included in all plans • Knowledge base and tutorials available
